Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the One Point Seva website (OnePointSeva.in) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
1. Use of Services
One Point Seva provides a platform for utility bill payments, recharges (Mobile, DTH, FASTag), vehicle (RC) verifications, and other digital document assistance. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
2. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information (e.g., correct mobile numbers, vehicle registration numbers, or utility account details). One Point Seva is not liable for failed transactions or verifications resulting from incorrect data provided by the user.
3. Payments, Fees & Refunds
We may charge a convenience or service fee for processing certain requests and facilitating access to information. All fees are displayed prior to payment. Refund Policy: If a transaction fails on our end but the amount is deducted from your account, it will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days. Successful recharges, bill payments, and verification fees are generally non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
The platform, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by One Point Seva and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
One Point Seva acts as a facilitator for various services. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the downtime of third-party biller networks and government portals.

Where applicable, our platform merely facilitates access to publicly available information or standard online services (such as PAN/Aadhaar assistance, vehicle verifications, and bill payments). We charge a nominal convenience or service fee for the assistance, platform usage, and processing time.
